A little about me.

I’m Shiva — artist, illustrator, and author living on the wild and magical island’s of Orkney with my husband and four children. 

Surrounded by sea, and endless sky I write and illustrate children’s books that speak to the heart.

My stories are inspired by my own children, who constantly remind me of the importance of kindness, resilience, and what it means to truly be yourself.

Each book is created with love — blending gentle words and soulful imagery to help children feel seen, safe, and celebrated for who they really are.
